Construction Linked Payment Plan - B

  » At the time of booking 10%
  » Within 30 days of Allotment 10%
  » At the start of construction 10%
  » On casting of basement roof slab 10%
  » On start of first floor roof slab 10% + Car Parking
  » On start of third floor roof slab 10%
  » On start of fifth floor roof slab 5% + Club Membership
  » On completion of top floor roof slab 7.5%
  » On completion of brick work 7.5%
  » On completion of plumbing 7.5%
  » On completion of flooring/plaster work 7.5%
  » At the time of offer for possession 5% + stamp duty + any other charges as applicable

Note:
