Structure
Structure Brick work in cement mortar and DPC with water proofing compound. Brick work in cement mortar. Reinforced cement concrete.

Flooring
Silver grey mosaic marble chips flooring, glazed tiles upto 7' in bathrooms and 2' along the kitchen platform.

Wall Finish
Cement plaster on walls and on ceiling. Pleasant pastel shades of oil bound distemper inside and super snowcem outside. Whitewash in toilets, kitchen and ceiling.

Joinery
Door- Wooden/pressed steel frame chaukhats with flush doors.
Windows- Wooden/pressed steel frame chaukhats with wooden shutters and grills.

Fixtures
Door and window fittings (Aldrop, Tower bolt etc.) of aluminum with concealed PVC conduit with copper conductor, without fan and fixtures. Concealed water supply system with standard 'B' type GI pipe and fittings. Mirror, soap case and towel rail and sanitary wares in bathroom. Toilets in category "A" in Sherwood houses will have western type WC while category "B" toilets will have Indian type WC. Toilets in Littlewood houses will have Indian type WC.
