US Real estate mega show put off to April

SAN FRANCISCO: Horizons, the first Pan-India Real Estate Expo’ 2007, slated to be held in New York and California in early March, has been postponed to April in view of the inclement weather conditions in the US. There was a snowstorm in New York last week. According to a statement by KR Capital Management LLC (USA), the organizers of the show, they have been forced to change the dates in the best interest of Horizon participants. The new dates were announced
as follows:
San Jose Convention Centre, CA : 14 & 15 April
Hotel Hilton Anaheim, CA: 17 & 18 April
Madison Square Garden, New York: 21 & 22 April
KR Capital Management LLC (USA) and its company owned subsidiary ‘KR RealTech Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (India) (A value added licensed entity in the USA and India since 2005) are presenting the ‘Horizon - India Real Estate Expo 2007.
In a Press release, KR Capital said, “The Exhibition will witness over 10,000 visitors ranging from prosperous Non-Resident-Indians (NRIs) to foreign institutional investors and corporate leaders with a keen eye for investment opportunities in Indian real estate.”
It said, "Horizon 2007 is the platform where one can meet clients who are searching for premium residential and commercial properties in India, and prospective foreign institutional investors who are on the look out for investment opportunities in real estate in India. Prospective clients from all walks of life would be present at the exhibition.
The release says that Horizon 2007 is the most diverse India Real Estate Expo ever, showcasing premier projects from the most prominent real estate developers from all major Indian cities such as: Delhi & NCR, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Cochin, Jaipur, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Goa, Lucknow and Pune.
The main highlight of the Show will be the Horizon International Investor - Indian Developer Meet. A joint effort of KRC and Indian Consulate, US, it provides a platform facilitating one-on-one interaction with FDI investors.
Top US developers and who's who among NRIs have been invited by the Indian Consulate on 20 April in Metropolitan Pavilion, New York City.
