Note:

1. Cheque/Bank Draft to be issued in favour of “PARSVNATH DEVELOPERS LTD.”, payable at New Delhi/ Rajpura only. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.

2. The other terms & conditions of Sale would be as per the standard Allotment Letter/ Agreement of the company

3. Timely payment of installment is the essence of the agreement. However, interest @ 24% p.a will be charged on delayed payments, if any

4. External Development Charges (EDC) to be paid as & when demanded by the Company .

5. Statutory Taxes, Stamp Duty & Registration charges of the Plot to be paid directly to the Competent Authority as application.

6. Prices are subject to change without notice before booking at the sole discretion of the company and the prices ruling on the date of booking and acceptance by the Company shall be applicable.
